The problem is that Karabiner, unlike BTT, doesn’t know anything about managing windows. If I tap the left ⌘ key while fn is held down, it will do something. With Karabiner I can set up shortcuts (or “modifications,” in Karabiner-speak) exactly how I want for this situation. Karabiner Elements alternatives are mainly Key. Other interesting Mac alternatives to Karabiner Elements are Keyboard Maestro, TextExpander, aText and Automator. If that doesn't suit you, our users have ranked more than 50 alternatives to Karabiner Elements and many of them are available for Mac so hopefully you can find a suitable replacement. The bigger issue is that I would not be able to move a window to the right side of the screen and then immediately center it, which is something I like to do all the time. So it would be possible for the command to not fire if too much time passed between holding down fn and tapping the other modifier key. With BTT Key Sequences you set a maximum delay between keystrokes. Now it is sort of possible to set up these shortcuts in BetterTouchTool by setting up a Key Sequence. Brian dealt out 500 points of damage more than I did, but I still won, because it was too easy to park worms and let them build up health. To put this in perspective, I won a game of forts against Brian where I had taken a metric fuck-ton of damage on each of my characters and still finished with over 100 health for each of them. Thus, I was getting twenty extra life for each worm every time I ran through the full circuit of them. I decided to exploit this by making a team that had four scientists. Even better is that when you start a turn using one, every worm you have gets five extra health. They produce better equipment, so stuff like Sentry Guns made using them fire more rounds, seem to have a longer range, and are also more durable. Their firepower is a tick smaller than a normal worm, but the bonuses they give you more than make up for it. ![]() I’m not exactly sure that a ton of thought was given to balancing them. That is, when they’re not getting insta-killed by stuff that most other worms would survive. But their firepower is weak, and they can be pushed around by enemy attacks easily. The little ones are not as bad, because they’re zippy and are great for “fire and run away” tactics. Plus, they look like Jabba the Hutt, and any creature that looks like something taken down by a girl in a fetish costume should not be entered into armed combat. But they’re all negated by the slow movement, inability to jump, and most importantly, limited opportunities to escape. Yes, they hit harder, take more damage, can barely be pushed around by the “water”, and many other benefits. So how does it work? Well, the normal ones are the Worms you’re used to, so I’ll ignore them. It’s not a sitcom character sheet, but the new class based system. The short one, the fat one, the smart one, and the normal one. How does the class system actually work in practice? Lori thought the market would be too competitive, and she dropped out next. ![]() Mark couldn’t understand why people wouldn’t just take off their metal wedding bands before becoming active, and when he learned that Enso Rings’ customer acquisition costs were 40% of sales, he decided to pass on the opportunity. And because the rings can be produced at such a low cost (between 70 cents and $4) and retail in the range of $11.99-$39.99, there’s a huge profit margin potential. Enso Rings earned $3.8 million in sales in the past 18 months and $460,000 during the month prior. Brighton countered by admitting that concern was the reason they started the company, but that their customer base had broadened to include anyone who had an active lifestyle or worked in a job where metal rings were impractical or just not allowed. Kevin wondered if fear of amputation was something people actually thought about when they put on their rings in the morning. All of the sharks questioned using fear as a selling point. The muscle-bound man demonstrated the dangers of wearing a metal ring by using his “500 pounds of pulling force” to tear the finger off a metal-ring-wearing plaster hand. The pitch began with Brighton Jones holding a metal wedding ring in his hand and referring to it as a “Finger Amputation Device.” Then, he literally brought out the big guns when an award-winning bodybuilder entered the tank. While ring avulsion is not a common occurrence, it is estimated that more than 150,000 people are affected each year.
